Continues to November 3, 2024
Drawn almost entirely from the Vancouver Art Gallery’s permanent collection and featuring over 100 works by more than 50 artists, “A Monochrome Journey” uses colour as an organizing principle and reveals its enduring appeal. Included in the show is one of Ron Martin‘s vibrant one colour red paintings from 1972 and Gathie Falk‘s “196 Rotten Apples” (1969–70), a promised gift from Falk, which normally sits on a table in her home.
