MICHAEL SNOW: CELEBRATION OF LIFE

On Wednesday, January 10, 2024, the AGO will host a celebration of Michael Snow’s life, marking a year since the renowned Canadian artist’s passing. Beginning at 7pm in Baillie Court, this event will include remembrances of his friends, family and colleagues, with photographs, film, and video footage of Snow throughout the decades.

Two days later, on Friday, January 12, there is a free film screening of “Fields of Snow: The Formative Years” in the AGO’s Jackman Hall, which looks back on the artist’s early jazz days before Walking Woman and Wavelength.
